Breastfeeding moms, did this happen to you?

I love breastfeeding & have done it with all my 3 kids, but my breast are different now then before. I don't know if it's the breastfeeding or pregnancy, but there so saggy to me now. I started as a B cup, & now I'm a DD. Geez! I am only 26 years old! I'd like to know if any other BF moms have the same issues with they're breast. Feel free to answer annoymously. Thanks.

  • ~sigh~ yes. My boobs hang out with my belly button now and I am only 25. =( I'm totally getting a breast reduction and lift when I am done having kids... I'd like to go down to at least a C or D (I started at DD and at my biggest was K/L).

  • breasts change and sag from pregnancy, not breastfeeding.

  • I dread what they will be like. Ok, maybe not dread. I have always had a large chest, they never were 'perky.'. So in that respect, I am hoping there won't be a HUGE difference. They were melons to begin with and are still. Lol. I have been breastfeeding for 3 1/2 years now - almost non stop. Am pregnant with number 4 so don't see it ending any time soon!!

  • It was the pregnancy. Plus gravity. You were doomed in any event. **grin**

  • I BF and my breasts stayed in exactly the same place.. Just a little bit bigger. LOL Plus, I did over hear a doctor saying that it IS the pregnancy that maked them sag.. not the BF

  • My breasts are the same (minus the insane amount of perkiness. They're still perky, just not as much) after having two babies and nursing one for 21 mos (and still going). My breasts are fairly small though . . .

  • It's pregnancy that does it not breast feeding. Even moms who never nurse can and do deal with sagging breasts.
