pretend it's like Vegas or something so SUPER fresh, fancy, well stocked, etc etc.

  • Mushrooms, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sprouts, spinach leaves, red cabbage, carrots, and ranch dressing; maybe some croutons - depends on my mood.

  • Baby spinach, black olives, croutons, parmesean cheese and ranch or raspberry viniagrette dressing. Any type of lettuce gives me wicked heartburn.

  • mixed baby greens (with arugula or watercress), heirloom tomatoes, sliced cucumber, mushrooms, bell pepper strips of every color, walnuts or sunflower seeds, diced egg white, and grilled chicken if they had it, with a splash of aged balsamic vinegar.

  • Wow, my salads are boring. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green peppers and dressing. At reg restaurants, I always order caesar salads sans croutons, yum!

  • lettuce, spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers, green onion, a little cheese, black olives, green olives, a couple croutons and just a touch of Italian dressing.

  • spinach w/ a little lettuce to make it crunchy, carrots, broccoli, cucumber, diced egg, mushrooms, a few pepperonis, grilled chicken (preferably cold), cheddar cheese, sprouts, & the house ranch (its always so good!). and every once in a while i will add some of those dried cranberries if i want a sweet kick.

  • Mixed greens on the bottom, golden beets around the outside, layered alt. with sliced purple heirloom tomatoes. Maytag blue cheese crumbeled over the top, with candied pecans, and hearts of palm. For my protein it would be spec shredded over the top. Mmmmmmmmmmmm Dressing would be a toasted walnut vinaigrette
