I'm almost 23 and have been shaving there since I was 15 so that's almost 8 years and I still get the bumps sometimes I think you need to shave different directions using a mans Gillette razor like the mach 3 and use a shaving cream and after your done apply lotion

I don't shave bald, I keep a landing strip but I put a little bit of the dove deodorant on it. I use the deodorant that reduces shaving stubble on your underarms. Mind you I don't put it "in" anywhere just on the panty line where I have the biggest tendency to get bumps.
