ok, someone please explain this to me. . .

so I'm trying to wade my way through this healthcare bill, HR3200.

It appears to be missing whole chunks. For instance, section 138 may jump to 142. and after 168, or so, it goes to 1173, and then back to 202.

Is this normal, because they are still writing it, or is just weird?

  • It's probably due to all of the "to be determined" policy placeholders! That and they were "cutting and pasting" feverishly to get it to the House floor for a vote--so it's a jumbled mess.

    Politics as usual....

  • Probably like Frank was saying it's places for things to be added later...which we already know they will slyly sneak whatever in.

  • My favorite part is how they don't put in what they are saying but refer you to a different act or bill lol. Like um I don't wanna go dig through the files of stupid bills and find the ONE section you are referring too!
