  • everytime I call (which has been once a day for 2 weeks) it goes to voicemail and they never call back so my doctor told me to just go in.

  • google your state and medicaid together it should tell you

  • usually proof of income, your lease, proof of income for anyone that lives with you, drivers license, car registration, social security card, piece of mail from your address, all your bills.

    keep calling the main number, don't call any extensions or actual people. they should answer the general line.
