What do you make for dinner when NOTHING sounds good?

I have been racking my brain for 3 hours on what to take out. What do you do when nothing sounds good? I'm only feeding myself and my 1 year old. I may just gerber graduate for him lol

  • On nights like that in my family, we just do what we call the grab, root and growl. You grab food (list posted on fridge of acceptable options so the kids and hubby don't grab whats part of dinner for another night), you eat your food and growl if someone tries to take it lol. In your case though, I'd go with something simple like a sandwhich or something and like you said said, do a graduate meal with your one year old.

  • There are many nights when I don't feel like cooking either, mostly because it is just me and my two year old. Those nights, I usually do left overs, or make pasta with salad or some steamed veggie on the side.
