  • ehhhhh, well, that was a slip of the tounge.......but he ment to say efficiencies.....I dont agree with the plan though....

  • Of course it will fail! If it was such a great idea the politicians would be the first ones signed up for it. Instead they have WRITTEN an exclusion for themselves in the legislation.
