What is safe to take for a sinus migraine (OTC) while pregnant?

I know some sudafed products are safe, just not sure which would help me best that is safe.

  • From what ive been told Tylenol...I get paranoid about taking ANYTHING though.

  • I've been told regular strength Tylenol is OK. It doesn't work for me, though, so I usually don't even bother.

  • How far along are you? Psuedaphed is ok after 12 weeks

  • The Tylenol products are allright to use. You can also use Benadryl.
