any ideas please?

I'm having a very casual dinner thinking of making a grilled chicken salad topped with mozzarella, but I want to make something to go with it...any ideas

  • Fried potato wedges with some kinda herbs on them, maybe rosemary and pepper or maybe Cole slaw, a nice fruit salad, or something along the lines of that :D

  • cottage cheese is good and if you like it, mix that with some halved fresh grapes....delicious.

  • That's a good meal. I think I'd add some fruit- which could even be added to the salad. -especially mandarin oranges, for example. If I weren't watching carbs then a dinner roll of some kind. Some sunflower seeds in the salad. It's such a nice salad that I don't think it needs anything else.

  • I would do a plate of fruit skewers, alternate melon, pineapple, apples and oranges on skewers, even throw some marshmallows on there.
    If you have a grill, fire it up, drizzle some honey over the fruit skewers and grill them on each side, just enough so the honey starts to carmelize. Super easy to do, looks pretty and tastes yummy!

  • The cherry tomato lollipops in the food daily buzz sounds great. That might go well with your salad.
