  • I think we eat fairly healthy... for dinners we usually grill some type of lean meat, pork tenderloin or chicken breast sometimes a tuna steak, and serve with a side of grilled veggies or a nice salad. About once a week I make low fat chicken fajitas with tons of veggies. We rarely do any carbs for dinner....and I seem to spend a fortune on fresh produce each week, but its what we like.

  • When the weather is nice, we do alot on the grill. Chicken, pork and such. I dont eat much red meat, but dh and ds will eat it every now and then.
We like to cook crablegs quite a bit. yummmyy..
My dh does most all of the cooking around here.. Id rather do the clean up and help him out with it. Im not much of a cook..
In the winter, we do alot in the crockpot. Have a crockpot cookbook and do alot from it.
Plus.. We eat out quite a bit too..
We try to eat healthy though.

  • Due to my daughter being sensitive to food additives and chemicals I have had to start cooking mostly from scratch with whole ingred. I have lots of my recipes listed on my webpage.
Hope this helps and gives you some insight. Take care
