what could cause frequent urination in men?

besides drinking too much, any ideas? i vote UTI, but it could be an STD or what else?

  • He needs to go to his Dr. for evaluation. What you describe can be a symptom of diabetes, It can also be a symptom of bladder stones and UTI. I am not saying he has one of those, only that his symptoms are consistant with several conditions that require medical attn.

  • Urinary tract infections, STD's, Prostate issues, diabetes all reasons frequency may happen. Does he have pain? Burning with urination? Is his low-mid back tender on either side? Does his breath smell excessively sweet? Is there a discharge? Does he have the urge to go but passes little urine. If the answetr to any of these is yes he should see a Dr.

  • only symptom he says is frequent urination, like he'll pee then try to take a nap and five minutes laying down he'll have to pee like a horse again. without excessive drinking.
