  • I prefer wheat (100% whole wheat) because it has more nutrition and fiber than white, also because it has more substance to it. I used to make all our bread and would add sesame seeds and nuts and wheat germ, you knew you were eating bread when you ate this bread. LOL!

  • I prefer white for the flavor, but buy whole wheat/whole grain only because it's healthier. I do love turkey and cheese on wheat! YUMM!

  • wheat, idk if it is healthier i like how it tastes and it dosen't get soggy like white

  • 100% wheat bread because it's healthier.

    But I do enjoy a nice sub roll or hamburger bun on occasion. :)

  • white is much yummier. healthy food is yucky, but hubby makes me eat it. :(

  • it all depends for me.. for toast, I prefer wheat.. for sandwiches of any kind, I prefer white.
