What is the best way to defrost frozen chicken breasts?

  • It takes a few hrs but I fill the sink with cold water and let it soke in there. Make sure the water doesn't get hot.

  • I put them in the fridge the night before or on the counter the day of and then after a couple of hours move to the fridge.

  • I put them in a bowl of cold water for a couple hours. change the water after every 30 minutes to make sure it doesn't get too warm.

  • Run under cold water for about 20 minutes, let the water run steadily. Do NOT use hot or warm water, it will let bacteria breed.
