What does your daily diet usually consist of?

I am using the term "diet" in its original definition here, which is simply whatever your eating habits include.

  • veggies: like brocolli, cauliflour, carrots, corn, etc

    meat: chicken, ground turkey, turkey bacon, ground beef, beef steaks

    drink: water, milk, fruit juice

    fruit: watermelon, grapes, nectarines, peaches, bananas, avocado

    prenatal vitamin

    But thats not all at once, changes thru the week,

    ***plus whatever I crave, maybe a soda here and there, or a taco but Ive been in contrl so far

  • Breakfasts: choice of high fiber cold cereal, steel cut oatmeal, omelet with veggies, whole grain & nut pancakes
    Lunches: choice of chef salads, soup, 1/2 sandwiches
    Dinners: choice of lean meat, choice of steamed veggies, tossed salad OR very small serving of casserole
    Snacks: choice of low fat cheese sticks or cottage cheese, celery ribs with cream cheese or peanut butter, hardboiled eggs, apple, peach or pear or 1/2 banana.
