  • I don't know if they "help" but they don't hurt you. Your body may be lacking something so I guess it is possible!

  • They don't help you get pregnant but doctors advise you to take them 1-2 months before you concieve because of the folic acid. My midwife said that folic acid help's lower your risk of m/c and birth defects so it is very important to get at least 600mcg-800mcg. Good luck
