advice on looseing babyweight?

dose anyone know a good way to loose babyweight in a healthy way? or good excercisises to do i been walking so anymore advice i would love thank yoou!

  • I have to agree. Breastfeeding does miracles. I lost all my weight-32lbs in first month.I don't exercise yet because they don't recommend it for the first 6 weeks. Good luck

  • to effectively lose weight you need to make sure that you're getting at least 30-45 minutes of cardio exercise daily. walking is a great way to cover that, and if you're feeling adventurous you can squeeze in 90 second intervals of running/jogging during your walk to help boost your heart rate (and consequently your calorie burn!). swimming is a fantastic calorie burner, as well as are jumping jacks, and even dancing around your living room to upbeat music with your little one! are you breastfeeding? if you are, then you shouldn't eat below 1800-2100 calories daily to maintain milk supply. if you're not breastfeeding, 1200-1500 calories should be the minimum you eat/drink daily so that your body has the energy to burn the fat without going into starvation mode (in which the body will store the fat and burn muscle instead - you don't want that because muscle helps to burn calories!). good luck mamma!

  • First, drink your water! At least 8 8oz glasses a day. Add a glass for every beverage you have with caffeine or alcohol
    Next, eat your fruits and veggies; 7-8 servings a day, in at least 3 different colors. Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Start replacing your white/simple grains (white rice, white pasta, white bread, you get the picture) with whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, barley, quinoa, whole grain bread, etc.).
    Now cut way back on (or eliminate) meat and dairy. Eat at least one serving of legumes a day: beans, lentils, tofu, etc.
    Eating healthy, combined with the great exercise that you are doing, will have you at a healthy weight in no time.
