how do you make crispy wings in the oven?

Can't deep dry 2nite,wondering if there's a way to still make wings crispy--in the oven

  • yes.... make up 2 bowls... one egg mixture... one seasoned (to your liking) flour... dip washed wings in flour then in egg then back in flour.... put in frying pan on stove of hot veggie or canola oil (olive oil will cook them to fast and can burn them) only pan fry for about one and a half minutes each side then put on a non grease oven pan/cookie sheet or sprayed with pam pan/cookie sheet and cook in the oven on 350 for 17-20 minutes turning half way through.

  • I like them naked...not breaded. season the put on a foil lines pan (for easier clean up) then spray with butter(or any) flavored cooking spray. put on the second rack and broil turning once
