need some suggestions please

i have set my goal to lose 30 pounds by this Christmas. i am over weight but not alot. i am only 137. which is not alot but i am 4'10" and every bit shows so i need some suggestions on aerobics or anything that can help. i am on a diet now and walk about a mile on my treadmill. thanks so much to all who answer.

  • You are doing well! Gradually up your treadmill to about 3 miles, perhaps.
