  • Live in Phoenix, renting a 4 bedroom house and we pay $1300 a month. We actually had to foreclose our house a year ago. It was smaller than this house that we rent and we were paying $1800 mortgage.

  • $600 a month rent to own from husband's grandmother. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths almost a quarter of an acre. Not a bad deal except poor grandma has to live with FIL, aka Satan, and elvira, his wife, and Satan always starts trouble with us, and puts grandma in the middle.

  • Our mortgage is 1003 for 4 br 2 bath forclosure just under 2000 sq. ft. near Fort Worth, TX. 4th br is actually a closed off garage we use for seasonal storage, laundry, and extra pantry space because the kitchen is tiny.
