  • Diarrhea is a sign of so many things in dogs. It could be anything from parvo to eating something you're not aware of. Please take the dog to the vet. They're the only ones who will be able to diagnose it. Besides, a inexpensive treatment can turn costly very quickly if it's ignored.

  • Yes, you need to contact your vet to get some electrolyte treatment to replace the fluids your dog is losing in it's diharrea.

My dog is JUST now getting over hemmorhagic-gastroenteritis. It's caused by a virus, and will NOT go away without an antibiotic.

Just call your vet and see if (s)he can help over the phone.
