What steps have you taken today?

I have Special K for breakfast, fruit for lunch and I've taken the stairs all day instead of the elevator. I'm trying to start out small and work my way up to at least 30 mins of exercise a day. Any tips? What steps have you taken today to lead a healthier lifestyle?

  • I have a WiiFit that I've been using every day. It makes working out fun! And I recently switched from regular soft drinks to diet (I know still not good for me, but I'm working my way down).

  • I don't have any exercise equipment yet, so I'm going to start walking up and down the stairs at my apt. for exercise at night, is that cheesy lol?
