What business opportunities have you wasted your money on?

I invest my money in Mary Kay Products. Don't get me wrong Mary Kay is a nice company to work for, but you have to know people to be really successful. Another business opportunity was with a cousin. He wanted to sell clothes to dancers. He talked about how he can sell anything. Well I made a few outfits and he could not sell one.

  • Don't join a business, per say.  Why not start your own.  I am selling NOTHING.  What I have done is given ideas on how to start your own business.

  • Mary Kay was a bust. Party Lite was also a big time bust. No one wanted the candles and said they were over priced. Avon went well and I sold a lot but I was too lazy to turn in my orders which I guess was my own fault. I don't think I'm cut out for home businesses lol

  • Anything that requires an investment! There are soooo many free ways to make money from home, why chance spending your money on the 'chance' you can make money later on?

There are more scams than legit jobs. I've tried dozens of them. I keep a list of the good ones and my results with them at Earn Money Online

  • I don't think it's right to down great businessses if they do truly work and I know at least one that has been mentioned does work. I think what the problem for most people is to do the work without having someone watching them over their shoulder or they quit before coming to their potential. What's the point in being a quitter? No offense...just what I have personally seen. To answer your questions I've tried several things before hand but I don't remember what they were all called but they were all scams! Except for what I'm doing now!
