How high is your cost of living where you are?

In Seattle it's so expensive to rent or buy. This is an example (link below) of how ridiculous it is. How is it where you are? Would you ever rent a space this small? lol

  • average house in my city is 550,000 but thats for a smaller house, the bigger ones just sky rocket from there

    rent ranges from 700 for really small to 1900 for pretty nice sized apartment

    if you want to rent a house you might wanna think again

  • SW pdx pretty high, higher if i was IN pdx. vancouver is cheaper.

  • CT is one of the highest in the country.. you can find a 1 bdrm for about $600/mo here but that's in a crappy part of town.. the decent places range from $750-$875/month (again, 1bdrm)

  • Where I live rent it pretty cheap...and most of the big houses in my town are around 200,000-250,000 and they are BIG...The cost of living isn't very high here.
