Is BAH factored in to your gross monthly income for wic?

  • BAH does count, yes.
    And with most WIC states, you will qualify if your DH is E5 and below. :]

  • it depends on the state you are issued wic in...in WA it did not count...in AZ it does.

  • It did count in Maryland also... And as soon my husband made E-5 with 5 years in service I disqualified for WIC...
