  • cut them up and boil them until you can go through them easily with a fork or a spoon and then mash em up

  • peel potato, dice into cubes, boil until soft, drain.
pour potatoes into a large mixing bowl, add about a tablespoon of butter, half a cup of milk, mash, if they are still too lumpy or not watery enough add more milk and mash some more. its really fairly simple. i don't have amounts for anything b/c i just do it by taste, if you're making them for just your daughter, than just do one potato and a few tablespoons of butter.

  • Peel them, then cut them in quarters. Put in pan that has lid to fit...not all mine have lids, lol. Cover them with water and boil them until tender. Drain and mash with either electric beater or hand masher, add alittle milk and butter. Salt and pepper to taste. You may want to leave out the butter, salt and pepper for the baby...up to you!

  • I would skip the milk and butter. Mash with chicken broth instead.

  • A little bit of milk in the mashed potatoes isn't going to hurt the baby. We fed our babies milk for centuries and it didn't kill them.

  • You could also subsitute milk with formula/breastmilk.
