what can i????

What can i eat? :-( i eat frutiy pepples ceral and i wanna puke i drink orange and i wanna puke. I eat toast and i wanna puke. chicken same thing fries same thing. please help. i really hate this feeling :-( whats ok to eat? whats not.

  • that stuff is too acidic or greasy try bland foods with no seasoning

  • When I was pregnant I ate alot of fruit, watermelon especially.

  • Try some saltines to start with! And suck on peppermints or ginger candy, that seems to help with the nausea

  • Smaller meals helped me, although I still felt sick, just not as bad.
