  • Is it Bone in or boneless??

Either way..........Fajitas, chicken parm, BBQ chicken, Fried chicken, Chicken and Rice..........

  • Stove-top chicken: Make stove top as directed. Cook & cube chicken. Stir into 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 c of sour cream. Pour into large round or square baking dish. Top with stove top. Cook in over for 30-45 mins uncovered, or cook in microwave for 15 minutes. Til bubbly. Serve over rice (or not).

Another casserole variation is to cook the stove top and pat it into the bottom of a 9x13, pour the chicken/soup/sour cream over that. Then add some cooked broccoli on top of that, then top with a little yellow cheese (or whatever you like). Bake uncovered for 30-45 mins. (I think these recipes are on the back of the Stove Top (chicken) box. It's fast, easy, and DH loves it!

  • Garlic cheddar chicken, grilled chicken over salad, chicken fajitas or enchiladas, chicken pesto pasta, blue cheese chicken...

  • All those sound really good! I also do instant rice, with cream of mushroom, and chicken all baked together... that's really good too...

  • I cut it up into small pieces and quick fry it in olive oil. You can roll it in flour and seasonings and the kids think it's chicken mcnuggets!

  • You can cube it and fry it olive oil until it forms a light crust. Serve w/ stewed tomatoes, olives, italian seasoning over white rice. Or bake it with italian dressing. BBQ it and serve w/ a few slices of bacon and cheese on top. Slice it thin and stir-fry it with some veges.

  • Marinade in 1000 Island dressing, coat in breadcrumbs and bake at 375 for about 35-45 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies.
