  • i do ww . so I eat low fat , low cal, high fiber diet..... i lost 32 lbs on it last yr but gained back now working on it again

  • Not on a diet, but on a healthy life style. No processed foods. No fast food. Low carb (naturally, not foods altered to be low carb), Low fat (naturally, not foods marketed as low fat), high protein, minimal sugar. Drinking lots of water. Eating lots of fruit and vegetables. No snacking after dinner. Work out 5 days a week; strength and cardio.

    I've lost weight (and still losing), I feel better, have more energy, and am less grumpy.
