  • Yes at the end of my pregnancy. My son was wedged in my hips and laid on both nerves to my legs. For the last 3 weeks of my pregnancy I felt like both legs were asleep. Very hard to walk.

    call your doc first
she told me to get on all fours, i did this on the bed
stick your butt up and put your head and shoulders down

  • It sounds like your sciatic nerve

  • I believe it is sciatica. . . that is where your sciatic nerve gets pinched usually because it becomes inflamed. My doc gave me some exercises, suggested a preggy support and reminded me to drink a lot of water because too much salt and dehydration can cause the inflammation to be worse. Also, I try to lay on the opposite side at night, the heating pad or a microwave rice bag can help. Tylenol can also help.

  • I still have that problem 4 years later - it started when I was pregnant with my daughter... 4 years later, it still happens every once in a while :) Good luck :)
