Is it normal to experience fetal hiccups everyday sometimes twice a day?

  • i guess... my baby gets them every day... sometimes 2 or 3 times a day

  • yes, I swear mine had huccups everday non stop, and after she was born she always had hiccups I swear for her fisrt 6 months.

  • My DD had the hiccups all the time...Like at least 5 times a day. It was really cute at first but after weeks of it I was like "Ok...that's enough..." lol. I would be trying to sleep and it would wake me up all night! But now that we are talking about it I do miss it :(
    It also means their nervous system is adequately developed so that's a good thing!

  • yes. Catie had hiccups all the time. It's normal.

  • oh yeah. Zarek had hiccups multiple times a day. it's caused by them practicing breathing.. some of the amniotic fluid gets caught so they get the hiccups.

  • I got them allllllll the time during the last couple months.. she still gets them often, just not in the womb anymore LOL

  • Yes.... omg my daughter had them almost every day all day long, and she got hiccups A LOT after she was born too...
