  • Tried that. The breastfeeding didn't end up working for me. Just wasn't happening.

  • I just tried to eat as healthy as I could. Honestly a few months after giving birth my hormones were crazy, I had PPD and had NO appetite. I still didn't loose most of my weight until the 8th month after. The doctor always told me about 9 months after my body would start going back to normal. I never believed her in the beginning but she turned out to be right! It just kind of fell off when my DD was 8 or 9 months. I would say eat healthy, and maybe walk a few times a week...and give it time! :)

  • Simple changes to your life:

Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
Eat 6-7 servings of whole grains a day.
Eat at least 2 servings of legumes a day
