Does your toddler...

say 'yes' to everything?? It seems like no matter what you ask the child, they says yes! They will tell you anything or if you even lead on to ANY path - they will make say anything. Are you going through this as well?

  • My daughter knows yes and no and she will use them as it pleases her! Sometimes she says no to everything but with a big smile on her face so I know she is just saying it to say no... lol

  • yes, my 2 yr old is going through that phase right now. Yes to everything except "do you want daddy to sing?" which gets a definite no! I've learned to avoid yes/no questions when I can. He will sometimes answer questions correctly when it seems to matter to him (holding up a circle and asking him if it's a square) so I know he knows the difference.
