  • we are planning on living with famiy for a little bit, but our apt we are in right now is bare cheap for where we live, and if we break our lease early, we will owe 1,735$ I'm also nervous beause my mother is on the lease with us and she has already said how pissed off she will be if we get evicted or break our lease because it will hurt her. but she has known for months now how tight we are on our money and are trying as hard as we can to not do this. we don't want to, this is our home right now...

  • Stop spending. Stop eating out, using credit cards, trim everything down. Stop paying for internet, cell phones, going out etc. If you dont have the cash for it, dont get it. Find a cheaper place to stay, or move in with family.

  • Please go talk to a bankruptcy lawyer. He/she can give you advice on what you need to do. Don't feel bad about the word...it's a chance for starting over...a fresh start...he/she may talk to your collector's in reducing your debt...you never know until you go and talk to one...good luck

  • If you two are not married. It will be you and/or him filing separate, not we.
