i went for a run last night with my neighbor (and i haven't ran in probably 6 months) and today im pretty sore. do you think i should work out today? or take a day off? or should i do some different work outs? any advice would be great!Answer Question

my husband says its better to take a day off from working that part of your body when your sore, you could tear a muscle, just workout a different part of your body then run tomorrow.
