when should i start looking for a school to put my son in?

i live in vermont and i was wondering at what age should i start to look for a school for my son... he is 3 years old. And like how do i go about in rolling him in school.

  • One year of preschool should be sufficient. You could wait until he is 4 years old. Check with your school system to see if there is a Universal pre-k program in your school district. If not there may be a Head Start program and then lastly check into private preschools in churches.
