  • The 10th Amendment means a hell of a lot to me. If only the feds would respect and follow it, we wouldn't be in so much of a mess, financially or otherwise. Thank you for reminding people of it.

  • to break it down a bit:

    The Tenth Amendment restates a fundamental constitutional rule: If a particular power was not assigned to the federal government by the Constitution itself, then the states may exercise the power, unless the Constitution also prohibits the states from exercising it. The Tenth Amendment also states that people are free to act, without permission of the federal government, in areas outside the scope of the federal government's powers

  • UHC would be legal because it is giving people power. It gives the power to decide on your own health care. Right now insurance companies decide.
