to eat, or not to eat?

should i eat before i exercise? or should i wait until after?

  • You want to eat a light snack about an hour before, but for about 45 minutes after your workout your body is at it's optimal for absorption of nutrients so I would say eat dinner, lunch, or breakfast with in the 45 minutes AFTER working out :)

  • you need to eat PROTEIN BEFORE AND AFTER you work out. protein builds muscle and eats fat. ps. im a certified personal trainer

  • I always stick with a little protein an hour prior and then more protein about an hour after. In between I just drink water.
