i need to lose weight

i've never had any problem losing weight before and after i had my son i lost most of the weight then i just stopped trying and it all came back on and i hate it. i cant afford nutrisystem, and i also cant cook well. please give me advice! i weigh 233 and i would like to get back down to 180 and then once i get there i will consider getting back to my 'skinny' weight.

i need inspirational stories!

  • A good first start is to only drink water - no soda, juice, alcohol, artificial sweetener. Coffee and tea plain are ok.
