What do you do to help ease morning sickness?

  • Eat small meals or snacks every 2 hours was the thing that helped my sister- also anti nausea medicine works.

    I just breathe slowly through my nose. Nibble on something salty - like Saltines... even Cheez-its! I just tend to nibble throughout the day so my stomach isn't always completely empty - mine gets super bad on an empty stomach.

  • Try real ginger snaps or ginger ale. Those were a lifesaver for me! Ginger is a natural remedy for nausea. Also, eat first thing when you get up (I keep crackers by my bed). Even two or three crackers plus some ginger snaps will help! If it gets bad enough you can talk to your doctor about getting some anti-nausea meds, especially if you are having a hard time even keeping down water. Good luck and don't worry- MOST times morning sickness gets better after week 13 or so! :)

  • everyhthing made me puke, even gingerale and saltines. I just ate was sounded good and tried to hold it down as long as possible. Oh, i have to mention if you puke up liquids like I did, dont drink a lot of water at once and stay clear of orange Juice...its the worse comming back up

  • always eat something so you're not empty. buy ginger and make tea, the real gingersnaps may work but I liked salt and sour. Sour apple gummy strips. It's awful, good luck

  • preggy pops helped me when i was pregant..it's an all natural candy that helps to ease morning sickness. you can eat as many as you want (or need) a day..lol..you can go to Motherhood, Wal-Mart, Target, Burlington Coat Factory & Babies R Us to get them. Last I knew they were about 5.00 a jar, but it's well worth it. If that doesn't help try sucking on something citrus. I liked lemons & oranges the most.

  • ginger snaps or anything giner gets rid of morning sickness but it gives you very bad heartburn!!!
