  • I only know easy. cube the potatoes and boil them until done. Drain and cool. Boil up some hard boiled eggs. cool & cut up and add to potatoes. Add mayo, dash of mustard and whatever else you like in them (pickles? onions? celery?) That's it for mine. salt and pepper to taste

  • Potatoes, mayo, mustard, dill, chopped hard boiled eggs, celery, onion.

    Mix all, eat.

  • Clean and boil the potatoes (in salted water). Then cut them into cubes. The skins can be left on. While they are still hot add chopped onion. This gets rid of the raw onion taste and also helps the potatoes take on a little onion flavor. When they are cool, add chopped celery, salt and pepper, and mayo. Very tasty.

  • I hate mayo.

    French Potato Salad
    2 lbs (900 g) small red potatoes
    6 Tbs (90 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
4 Tbs (60 ml) red or white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
    1 shallot, finely chopped
2 Tbs (30 ml) chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbs (15 ml) chopped fresh dill, mint, thyme, or tarragon
1 Tbs (15 ml) Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Drain, cut into slices, and place in a mixing bowl. Whisk together
the remaining ingredients and pour over the potatoes, tossing gently
to combine. Serve warm, chilled, or at room temperature. Serves 4
    to 6.

  • Halve small red potatoes, boil until done to your liking. Let cool a little. Add crumbled bacon, sliced scallions, ranch dressing, salt and pepper.
