how to get rid of phlegm

i have a son he is 16 months he sick he has a lot of phlegm does anyone know how to get rid of them please and thank you

  • Take the baby in a humid bathroom.

  • call your doctor and ask about guaifenesin (pronounced gwa-fen-e-sin), it thins mucus out so it can either go down the throat into the stomach and be digested or coughed out. But ask your doc first.

  • cut out dairy; it is mucus producing. replace the fats with avocado, tofu, olive oil, flax oil, sunflower butter, etc. replace the calcium with kale, tofu, chickpeas, etc.
