I'm starting to have trouble getting baby to sleep....

My 11 month old was on a decent schedule until recently...she was going to sleep around 9pm and waking around 8am, now she's fighting to stay awake until 11pm or later and waking up around 9am. Is there anyway to get her back on schedule or atleast back to falling asleep earlier?

  • Make sure that her surroundings say "sleep." DIm lighting. Keep the noise down. Is she napping during the day? Maybe she needs less nap time. Or if she's NOT bnapping, maybe she's gotten overtired.

    Thing is that changes in sleep patterns are normal all through the first year. And often beyond.
