  • at 8 months i'd feed my son when he was hungry usually 5-6 small meals through the day, and he had water, juice and milk. If he's still on formula or breastmilk, he doesn't need to be on juice or water but you can add it once a day

  • my son still has his formula more then table food, I feed him everything I eat, I give him juice, if you are going to feed him table food I would recomend to give your baby water, my son drinks about 4-8 oz of water after he eats table food. Since he tried table food he will not eat baby cereal but I don't blame him, how you tried that stuff it's gross.

  • My 8 month old has baby yogurt and some cheerios for breakfast just about everyday, then she gets a 6-8 oz bottle before her nap around 10 AM. When she wakes up it's usually about lunchtime and she gets a jar of food, plus some table food such as cut up fruit, small pieces of bread or cheese. Then she gets another bottle a couple of hours later before her afternoon nap. Then she has dinner (similar to lunch) and a bottle before bed. She also still takes 1-2 bottles during the night. (Ugh). I give her up to 4 oz juice per day, and water whenever she seems to want it. :-)

  • My almost nine month old has oatmeal and fruit for breakfast w/ bfeeding, then at around 12 he eats lunch (yogurt, cheese, fruit, veggies, etc) and bfeeding, bfeed at 3:30 after nap, then supper around 6 (whatever we're eating) with bfeeding, then bfeeding at bedtime around 7:30-8.

  • At 8 months, mine ate what I ate, when I ate. They still had a little bit of baby food, but not much. Breakfast was around 7am, mid morning snack, lunch around 11:30, mid afternoon snack, supper around 5:30pm then around 7 the last snack of the day.

They ate the equivalent of two stage 2 jars of food at each meal with about 8oz of formula in a sippy. Snacks were finger foods and either juice/water mixed or formula depending on the time of day. They only had about 4oz of juice a day total.
