Would you let your toddler play with an empty eggs carton?

  • I would, of course supervised to make sure she didn't rip it in pieces and end up a choking hazard.

  • mine uses them outside to finger paint . put different colors in the holders and she loves it.

  • If it won't electrocute or start him on fire or cut him, he will play with it. Lol..

    I am over exaggerating, but yeah I would let him play with them!

  • Thank you moms. I was told that i should be aware of the salmonella found on the eggs but I guess it is OK to play with the container. OP

  • Salmonella is found on the outside of eggs. The outside of eggs is in contact with the container.

  • Yes. Just give them a good wash with soap and hot water to kill off any bacteria.

  • My understanding is that salmonella is found on the inside of eggs so the container shouldn't be a risk.
