Urinary incontinence after vaginal birth?

Does anybody else have this problem? I had it somewhat moderately for the first 2 months or so after I gave birth to my son while my uterus was shrinking back to its normal size. But now my son is 8 months old and I still leak just a tiny, tiny tiny bit after I get up from a sitting position. It's so annoying! Does anybody else have this problem? If you did, how long did it last/what did you do about it? Thanks

  • I think I wore a pad for a straight year after I had my daughter. She is 2 now and everything is normal

  • It only gets worse with each birth. Lord, please, don't make me run, jump, sneeze or laugh too hard! Doing your Kegals help also if you use the Ben-Wa balls correctly that will help retone those muscles down there to help with the leaking.
