Keys, lost

I'm desperate, I can't find my keys, looked everywhere, clean kids bedrooms, moved the couches, dug thru the trash. I need them so I can go get my hubby out of the hospital. But I can't find them. I know this is a crazy question, Any Ideas?

  • They were on the counter next to the fridge. I missed them because I had kept looking in places where I thought my little one would hide them. Thanks!

  • This is a prayer that works every time...
    Unfailing Prayer to
    Saint Anthony

Blessed be God in His Angels and in His Saints.

O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God
and Charity for His creatures made you worthy, when on
earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on
your word, which you were ever ready to speak for those in
trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore
of you to obtain for me (request). The answer to my prayer
may require a miracle. Even so, you are the saint of

O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full
of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the
Sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms, and
the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours.

  • Sometimes when I have lost something, I try to make a game out of it for the kids, tell them what you are looking for and offer a prize to the one that finds them. Tell them ahead of time what the prize is. It works alot for me, but I have alot of grandkids to help.

Since obviously your under stress cus your dh is in the hospital, try looking in places you wouldn't think of putting the keys, places you've been into...the refridge, the cabniets, the laundry room, whereever you keep your shoes...etc....

  • I have found my keys in the freezer, toybox, under the couch (fell all the way through the cushions and onto the floor), bathroom, ignition, trunk, kitchen table, they are probably right under your nose, mine always are. Good luck!

  • i lost my keys once and did not find them for a couple of years. They were stuck inside the top of the table. No idea how they got there. I would have a friend come over and help you find them. Did you look in the ice box. I found my there once.

  • These are all good suggestions, especially the ones about slowing down so you don't miss them (hard to believe but true) - also good to check all things low if you have kids. I used to find mine in my little girls play purses! Worth a look!
