Question about meatloaf

Can you make meatloaf from meat that has been frozen?

My mom thinks it might not stick (hold together). Anyone know if thats right or not? lol. I just dont want to waste 3lbs of meat for it to not hold up.

  • You can make it from meet that was frozen. Has to be thawed of course. But it's the eggs and bread crumbs that make it stick.
