  • used to lift weights with husband, but tonight when he gets home i think that i will change up the workout by
    chasing him down the street with a polling pin in my hand

  • Just walking about 1/2 hour every day. The only way I was able to be consistant was when I got pregnant and was doing it for my baby, not for me. Otherwise, I've had a hard time being disciplined with it. Good luck!

  • I started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred last week. It whooped my butt the first couple days but I love it! I already feel better.
