What can a person eat on an upset stomach?? Haven't eaten today :(

Not in not throwing up..but the stomach just doesn't feel good..what should I risk eating..starving.

  • well if you are feeling sick even though you haven't throw up, I would try eating things like bread, saltines, grains. These things will probably help the feeling sick and from actually doing the action of. Good luck hon. Hope you feel better soon.

  • dry bread helps me the most, nothing on it at all. Also I drink ginger ale soda it helps me get rid of gas and makes my tummy feel better. When I've not had that I've drunk any carbonated soda. Sorry your not well mommy!!! Feel better!!!! And laying down and just rubbing my tummy in circles helps me too, just lightly lightly touching my tummy.

  • Try dry salty crackers, like saltines or something like that. I have found that if I let myself get that hungry, it just makes the nausea worse. I try to eat something throughout the day even if I don't feel great just so that i don't feel worse later.

  • Saltines is what my doctor recommended. And I like ginger ale, the kind with sugar, it seems more soothing than the diet.
