  • Heck no!! We get lots of clothes from garage sales (and thrift stores) and my kids are nicely & fashionably dressed for a lot less money.

  • Did you say gargage sale? Where?! I am SO there!

Not a thing wrong with it in the world. Sometimes you can find some wonderful things for a little bit of nothing. I say go for it.

  • I raised 3 girls by myself mind you, on garage sales and thrift stores. Go to the upper class neighborhoods and visit the thrift stores in the morning or right before closing, thats when the good stuff is there.
Wash everything and blend the "new" things in with the other clothes and your kids won't know the difference. Do it while you can, I have an 18 yr old getting ready for college and wants everything new and knows the difference! lol
